I am a US expat living in the UK and am an adventurous pescetarian cook. I especially like spicy and flavoursome international dishes. The pomegranate molasses was given to me by a Pakastani friend who was not sure what to do with it, and the other two were purchased at Christmas time but now I cannot remember why. I think one was an emergency substitution but never used. I really hate to waste things so help is always appreciated. :)
