Not sure that these are all condiments, but aren’t condiments just a type of food? I acquired the Water Chestnuts from my mother-in-law when she was cleaning out her cupboards for a move. The Whole Roasted Chestnuts were on sale and I bought them with the intention to find a recipe but never did. The dried corn was acquired on a recent trip to Peru. We came across it i the large market in Cusco. The kernels are so big and the color interesting we wanted to try it.
