Grains of Paradise — recommended by Alton Brown, but by the time I found it, I couldn’t remember why I wanted it. Marjoram — never have figured out what to use it in, but it seems to be a ‘standard’ so I bought it. Dried Ginger — got in a gift box of other spices. Do I grate it like a nutmeg?
